Create a comfortable, calm, open, positive and supportive environment without fear of mistakes or failure.
Act with discretion and always treat all information shared between the Coach and Client as confidential*.
Be client-centred by tailoring and personalising the coaching experience individually to each client, and always acting in their best interests.
Foster my clients’ self-awareness as the first step towards transformation.
Support my client to respond to and listen to their intuition.
Inspire and motivate my clients to make positive change.
Believe in my clients’ potential, champion their success and celebrate their achievements.

Maintain the boundaries of a coaching relationship by not offering diagnosis, treatment, counselling or therapy to any client.

Anything said or revealed in the sessions between coach and client will be treated as privileged information and will not be disclosed to any outside party. The exception is if the information revealed includes disclosure of illegal or criminal activities. Information may be released if legally obligated, or reasonably allowed to do so for example where there is clear and imminent danger to the client or others.
