Giving from Within is an interactive session that strengthens professional clarity, confidence and presence. It helps professionals reconnect with their inner authority, recognise patterns that limit their energy or confidence and take action that enhances both professional and personal impact.
Relevant for professionals of all genders, with particular focus on women who are conditioned to put other people's needs first.
This session is available to be booked for your corporate, workplace or network event or you can attend the public webinar.
There are two key themes for International Women’s Day 2026:
“Rights. Justice. Action. For ALL Women and Girls” – UN
“Give to Gain” – IWD 2026.
Giving from Within explores both of these themes through the lens of self-alignment and self-responsibility.
Before we can give our best to others – our families, our friends, our communities or our colleagues – we must first give to ourselves.
To give our best to others, we must first give attention and care to ourselves.
Women are conditioned to give first, over-extend and not prioritise themselves. This session aims to address this by helping participants reconnect with their inner authority and recognise their own needs.
Participants will leave with improved clarity, presence and confidence enabling them to show up fully and effectively, both at work and beyond.
Giving from Within is a practical workshop, providing strategies that can be implemented immediately. Through guided prompts and exercises, you will:
Explore how prioritising yourself is the foundation for everything else – your wellbeing, your performance and your impact
Recognise and release patterns that limit your energy, presence and confidence
Reconnect with your inner authority and identify your personal and professional needs
Gain practical strategies for taking aligned action both at work and beyond
A clear framework for identifying where energy, time and attention are being over-given
Practical tools to connect with your inner authority and assess your needs
Structured prompts translating insight into action
A clear personal commitment to 'give to yourself' in a way that strengthens influence
