Resonates With Others: The Inner Work Community
A space to meet yourself more fully, in connection with others who share your desire to go deeper.
We explore three key elements:
These are the parts of us we tend to deny, hide or tuck away.
But your shadow isn’t your enemy. It’s untapped wisdom.
The shadow asks to be seen, met and integrated.
Learn to be empowered by your triggers, fears, limiting beliefs and old patterns, instead of ruled by them.
2. Follow the Aliveness
Reconnect with your higher self.
Trust your intuition.
Follow what feels alive, even if it feels unfamiliar or uncertain.
Learn to navigate life from joy, resonance and quiet inner power.
3. Be Present
Let go of relentless doing.
Find flow and presence.
Return to being.
Create a life that unfolds with effortlessness.
Each session includes:
A guided experience with inner reflection, NLP techniques and holistic coaching exercises;
Honest, interactive discussions in a safe and supportive space;
A group chat to stay connected and accountable between sessions;
Curated resources and recommendations for continued learning.
You’re committed to your self-awareness journey and want to be part of a supportive community where deeper inner work can unfold together.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.
The Inner Work Community is a living, breathing circle and is shaped by its members.
Every session is unique, led by what feels alive in the group.
By joining Resonates With Others: Inner Work Community, each member agrees to the following:
1. Confidentiality
What is shared in the sessions, or the group chat, stays within the community.
2. Be Fully Present
Join from a private, quiet space. Keep your camera on and switch off your phone and notifications. Attend on time and stay for the full length of the session.
3. Respect
Honour each member’s truth with curiosity, care and kindness – including your own. This is a space for honesty, presence and connection. There is no one way or ‘right’ way to do inner work. Witness without the need to offer advice.
4. Listen Fully and Make Space for Others
In whole-group discussions, allow space for more than one voice to be heard and ensure microphones are muted when not speaking. In breakout rooms, allow all members time to share. Welcome silence, reflection and pause.
5. Trust Your Own Inner Guidance
Only take part in what feels right. You’re welcome to stay in the main room and reflect independently if you prefer not to join a breakout activity.
To protect the safety of the space, members who do not uphold this agreement may be asked to leave the community.
